RETURN POLICY
We hope you love everything you order from Kuhl Baby, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return anything that you purchased from kuhlbaby.com within 30 days of receiving your package. The items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
RETURNS: For a refund, we ask that returns are initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. There is a flat rate $7.50 shipping fee deducted from the amount returned to you. Please reach out to hello@kuhlbaby.com to begin your return.
EXCHANGES: Currently, Kuhl Baby does not offer exchanges, but you're welcome to return your item and repurchase in another size or color of your choice. In this case, the $7.50 return shipping fee will be waived.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE: If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturer’s defect, we are happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Please email a photo of the damage to hello@kuhlbaby.com so we can assist you further.
